Health on my Plate at CGI

“Health begins… on your plate” is the slogan for the nutrition week which took place from 18 to 22 July 2016 in the CGI Crémazie offices in Montreal. We were fortunate to be part of this health-related activity.

The SOSCuisine team set up a booth at midday to showcase our various services. We also hosted a conference on diets that are recommended for different health conditions including Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

At our booth and after the conference, we had the pleasure of answering questions from CGI employees who want to eat better and learn more about the Mediterranean diet.
