This salad looks more appetizing when prepared with blood oranges.

Oranges and kiwis may be sliced in advance, but bananas should be added at the last minute to avoid darkening.
Peel and slice the fruit into about 7-8 mm rounds. Arrange them on a flat dish so that they alternate and overlap slightly. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar. Serve.

Skipped the sugar and added 1 Tbsp Creme de Cacao one day, and Contreau the next. Yummy
