Cinzia Cuneo

An engineer by training, Cinzia has lived and travelled in many countries while pursuing a demanding career in high-tech multinational corporations. Italian by birth and Canadian by adoption, she decided to combine her professional expertise and passion for good food by developing a service for all those who need help in regaining control of their diet. Thus was born SOSCuisine.

Co-founder, Vice-President R&D and Business Development

Pierre Lamontagne

For over twenty years, Pierre has successfully developed, marketed and sold high-tech products and services in the Aerospace, Energy and IT industries, in Europe, South America and North America. His deep interest in healthy food dates back from a 1980 interview of the internationally reknowned Swiss physician Dr. Catherine Kousmine.

Vincent Crête

Holding a rather unique Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce and religious studies, Vincent manages software development with great efficacy and… wisdom. His eclectic interests allow him to take up the never-ending challenges of IT. He is also a skilled amateur pastry chef, delighting all staff in the Montreal office with his creative desserts.

Kathryn Adel, BS, MS, RD, CSSD

Director of Nutrition

Kathryn Adel

Kathryn holds a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition as well as a Bachelor and a Master Degree in Kinesiology, all from Laval University. She is a Registered Dietitian and active member of the Ordre professionnel des Diététistes Nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ) and of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She holds the Monash University’s certification for the FODMAP diet and IBS, and has considerable clinical experience in that area. She is also an accomplished athlete, having ran track and cross-country at a national level. Kathryn specializes in sports nutrition, weight loss, diabetes, as well as heart and gastrointestinal health. She is fluent in English and French.
