White wheat bread is low FODMAP for 1 slice (24g) and becomes high FODMAP at 36g. The Dave’s Killer White Done Right thin slice contains wheat, barley and Rye but should be low FODMAP for 1 slice (28g). You should only eat 1 slice at the time.
